Other than exhibiting cultural properties excavated from the ruins at the primitive age of Wara-cho, Togakushi-jinja Shrine, and treasures of Miyashiro Hakusan-jina Shrine, there is also a collection of materials related to Japanese giant salamander, which is designated as a national natural monument. In the folk materials exhibition room, you can learn about old lifestyles by seeing display of agricultural machinery and living tools which have been used for a long time in Wara-cho.
