"Futamura no Kei-chan" was popular at the guest house and dining room which opened until Showa period. Resale in 2007 after about 20 years in response to the enthusiastic demands of local fans.We purchase high-quality domestic chicken, garlic from Aomori, and soy sauce is the same local brand as before. Regular customer will find the taste very familiar, and its balanced taste is attracting new fans steadily. Two types of chicken, secret seasonings miso-flavored young chicken and soy sauce-flavored parent chicken's skin & liver are available at the processing factory and direct shops. Young chickens can also be purchased at Roadside Station Meiho.
