Snowshoe up the 1,709-meter-high “Dainichigatake,” one of Japan’s top 200 mountains.
Since a statue of Dainichi Nyorai is enshrined at the top of the mountain, it is sometimes said among freaks to “go to see Dainichi Nyorai-sama.
There are three other routes to climb Dainichigatake, but this tour shortcuts the route by taking the gondola at Takasu Snow Park!

In winter, however, the deep snow blocks the way to the falls, and the dangers involved make it difficult to visit.
However, with a skilled guide accompanying you on a Gujo Noasob tour, you can visit Amidagataki Falls in the harsh winter season without any worries.
The Amidagataki Waterfall, which is about 7 meters wide and has a drop of about 60 meters, is frozen over as if time has stopped, a true work of art created by nature. It is so beautiful that it is even a little frightening.
