Yamato Area Gifu Yamato PA (Upbound)

Gifu Yamato PA is right next to Gifu Yamato IC on Tokai Hokuriku Expressway Upbound. There is a Japanese garden-style open space and benches near the entrance, so you can take a break during your drive.
There is a wide variety of souvenirs, mainly local specialties such as Yamato tofu, Motai Iburi-tofu (Smoked tofu), and deep-fried tofu. If you feel a bit hungry, go to “Yataiya Den” and try the local menu Kei-chan, Ayu skewers, and Hida beef skewers. Please do not forget to try this Gujo milk soft serve ice cream which is made from Hirugano-kogen milk.
